Carnival and Auction
May 14 @ 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Join us for family fun on Saturday, May 14th, 2022 from 12-3pm! There will be an opening ceremony for the new MPR, followed by carnival activities and a silent auction.
Attendance for this event is free! Each family must turn in a WAIVER (click here) at the check-in booths located in front and in back of the school.
MPR Opening Ceremony – 12:00PM
The event begins at 12:00PM in front of the new MPR with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and performances by our very own Birch Lane Band.
After the ceremony, the MPR will be open for all to go in and check it out!
Inside the MPR will be the Silent Auction Fundraiser – see below for details.
Carnival – 12:00 to 3:00PM
Dunk Tank & Bounce House Water Slide will be located in the Quad – don’t forget to wear water-friendly clothes and bring a towel!
Each family will need to fill out a WAIVER and obtain a wrist band for each child in order to use the bounce house/slide. There is no charge this year for the wrist bands.
Classroom Carnival Games and Prizes will be located throughout the school campus.
The popular “Bingo Boogie” is back! This year prizes will be pre-wrapped treats instead of homemade ones and stuffed animals. Donate individually wrapped treats to Room 2.
Silent Auction – 12:00 to 2:30PM
The silent auction will be held in the new MPR and will feature donated items from the community, Birch Lane families and classroom projects. The auction items will be on display for in-person silent bidding on Saturday, May 14 ONLY from 12-2:30PM. We recommend registering in advance to avoid any delays on Saturday. You may register with the link below. The Auction Items can be viewed on the link below. Please pick up your auction items right after the auction at 3pm.

Food and Beverage
There will be Woodstock’s Pizza, Mumpy’s Tacos food truck, and Kona Ice for purchase of food and beverages during the event. Refill your water bottles with water donated by H2O to Go.
